Following the completion of your service, your engineer has noted that the anti-freeze protection afforded to your heating system is provided by the use of mechanical anti-freeze valves.

As the name suggests, these valves are designed to automatically open in the event of the system water temperature reaching 3 degrees and will stop discharging when the system water temperature reaches 4 degrees.

The correct operation of these valves is 100% dependent on the ongoing system water quality and the manner in which the valves, associated equipment and external unit have been installed by the original installer.

Whilst every care has been taken by the engineer to visually assess the likelihood of the anti-freeze valves operating correctly, Energie Solutions is unable to warrant the correct operation of the valves in the event of the above conditions being met and accepts no liability financial or otherwise for the failure of the valves to operate correctly.
